All complaints must be filed either through the Warren Police Department or the Warren Animal Shelter.

The Warren Animal Shelter impounds stray dogs and sick or injured cats ONLY. Persons wishing to surrender an animal must contact a private humane agency (ie: RISPCA, Providence Animal Rescue League, Potter League).

Any person wishing to adopt an animal must file an application and must be at least 18 years of age.

There is an $80.00 adoption fee and a mandatory $20.00 spay/neuter deposit, which is refundable once the animal has been altered.
